(Fake) Deleted Marvel / DC Movie Scenes and Bloopers Revealed

July 26, 2025
Wardrobe malfunction leads to profanity-filled blooper in Thor.

With all the superhero movies over the last few decades, with all the writers involved, with all the reshoots and re-edits, there are bound to be lost deleted scenes and bloopers that the general public has never seen.

Of course, a nobody like me can’t get the actual footage of mistakes and deleted scenes, but below are comic illustrations of what could be… might be… may be… hidden from the public.

Krypto blooper in Superman leads to CGI replacement dog.

Alternate ending in Fantastic Four:First Steps loved by test audiences but changed because of timeline complications with upcoming Doomsday movie(s).
Deleted scene from Superman, deemed as unnecessary comic relief.

Actor playing Dr. Octopus blows his line in Spider-Man 2 blooper

Deleted product-placement scene from Ghost Rider. Fast-food franchise Burger Hell declares bankruptcy before movie opening.
Costume change scene in Wonder Woman deemed sexist by test audiences and deleted.

Dr. Banner’s CGI transformation to the Hulk shocks test audiences who were projected to have been jaded by Dr. Manhattan’s big blue… never mind.
Test scene for first DC/Marvel crossover movie. Audiences complain about underwhelming antagonist.

And finally…

Stan Lee cameo as Dr. Doom in forgotten unreleased 1990s Fantastic Four movie. Even Oscar-worthy cameo couldn’t save film.
